We currently accept and ship orders within Canada and the United States.

 

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received. Processing times may vary during holidays, promotions, or periods of high demand.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be re-shipped.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Fauma is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to find a resolution.
